This global manufacturer approached us with a project to recruit a General Manager for one of their key sites based in the Essex area. This was a key appointment for them, adding to their senior leadership team.

Given the nature of this role, we approached the project as a retained assignment. This allowed us to use company branding in our advertising campaign, including a recruitment video which was posted across all online channels. One complexity of the role was identifying someone with the relevant industry background, which led us to consider those who were willing to relocate.
